We had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious King Room, and the surprise bottle of sparkling wine made my birthday feel extra special! The spa and health club were fantastic for relaxing, and the indoor pool was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, signage for the lifts could be better, which made finding them a bit tricky at first. 🎉

The bed and pillows offered the best sleep I've had in years, while the staff, especially the warm welcome from Mr Walker, contributed to a genuinely inviting atmosphere. However, slow baggage service and some confusion at check-out regarding breakfast charges detracted slightly from the overall comfort.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because it's just a short walk to the National Gallery of Victoria and the stunning Carlton Gardens, which made my city strolls very memorable. the spacious room was a nice bonus that added to my overall comfort during my visit.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour reception. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me with my suitcases during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday!

Enjoyed my stay for 5 nights in a Twin Room. The hotel is a beautiful oasis, close to the city, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The housekeeping went above and beyond, even charging our devices for us. Plus, meeting Mr Walker, the adorable hotel dog, added a charming touch to our experience.

Some issues with the Chromecast and internet, and the spa services were overpriced.
